## Lead time

- Rule 1 — orders placed through December 2026, while NVIDIA buffer stock lasts: 7-12 weeks from PO + deposit (a 2026-10-02 two-node PO was pulled in to ship the third week of November 2026)
- Rule 2 — if buffer stock is not available for the order, new HGX B300 orders ship by platform: KR9288-X3 (Intel) January 2027, KR9288-E3 (AMD) February 2027
- Rule 3 — orders placed after NVIDIA's quick-ship program ends (January 2027): 30-36 weeks on allocation
- All three rules were quoted for one- and two-node orders; larger quantities are quoted case by case. Apply the first rule that fits the order date, and state which one you used

## Terms

- One bundled price per configured system; quotes are valid 7 days; the price locks when the order is processed
- 25% deposit within 3 days of an NCNR purchase order, 75% before shipment; DAP delivery, continental US; 3-year standard warranty
- NVIDIA Inception discounts apply only when the approval code is on file before the order is processed
- US-sited deployments are handled by Aivres US; buyers outside North America are routed to an Aivres regional desk or handled through UpStation
